National Tree Planting Day

Some members of the Lions Club were out planting trees this morning, even President Gleeson crossed that bridge.

Hos and Jenny were out doing their bit...

We were rewarded with a BBQ on completion.

RFS Projects Pty Ltd

Speakers at our last meeting (24 July) were Mr. and Mrs. Roger Smith, proprietors of RFS Projects P/L, aka Roger Smith Building. They gave us an intriguing overview of the building trade, supplies and pricing variations in our region. RFS Projects builds an average of a dozen houses per year and has this year branched into multi million dollar commercial building contracts! Roger can be contacted on 0419 394 244.

George Russell (above) as Membership Chairman for 2008/9 and Walter van Praag (below) as Director 1 Year .
