Being a Lion has given me the opportunity to do the following
• Share in the growth and improvement of our community
• Actively help those in need in our community and worldwide
• Be a part of the world’s largest service club organization that has an unparalleled history and reputation for service
• Be involved with an organization that is in the forefront of helping the blind and visually impaired
• Impact the lives of young people in our communities through Lions youth activities
• Develop leadership skills
• Meet peers in the community
• Have the opportunity to travel and meet Lions from all over the world during interstate and local conventions
• Expand personal and professional network
• Build prestige as an active community volunteer
