A Promise to Catbury
Frank Bingham, chief inspector of the RSPCA, spoke to us about his experiences with animal cruelty in Tasmania ranging from domestic situations to border line conspiracy cases in the commercial world. He brought with him copies of his book 'A Promise to Catbury' which is not for the faint of heart. It is available at the library. If you like to purchase a copy email us (buy at devonportlions dot info) and we will get you in touch with Frank. All profits go towards the RSPCA.
