Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Lions Club of the City of Devonport Inc. will be held on Thursday 23rd of October 2008 at the Gateway Inn, commencing at 8pm after our dinner meeting!
We will receive and (presumably) adopt the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet for the year ending 30th June 2008 and the Directors report thereon. We will elect Auditors for the ensuing year and other business suitable for the annual meeting.
ALSO remember that we now have Committee Meetings on the first meeting of each month and Board Meetings on the second meeting of the month!
