Setting up for the Carols by Candlelight.
Sunday 14th December 2008, presented by the City of Devonport Lions Club and Soroptimist International, Carols by Candlelight brought the whole community together in a magical location by the sea; The Soundshell on Mersey Bluff. Local performers and musicians performed Christmas carols for hundreds of residents.
