Membership By-law not passed

At tonight's meeting the membership by-law as proposed by Lion George (see earlier article) did not pass. Although we feel the by-law has merit it could not be accepted as was. It was noted that in 1994 the new member selection policy was amended and it was suggested we remove that amendment again and revert to the original. More on this currently controversial topic later.
