- Members undertake to build the club.
- Members are encouraged and expected to nominate new members and submit in writing the name and details to circulate among members either via committee meetings or at a general meeting.
- Any member who has an objection may approach one or more of the membership committee stating reservation and reason. The Membership Committee shall collectively consider the objection and then recommend approval or disapproval to the Board of Directors. Full discussion on any objection shall take place. The nominee may then be invited to become a member.
- It is recommended that the approved nominee be invited to the club meeting as a guest.
- It is recommended that the nominator should fully outline the privileges and responsibilities including dues to the nominee and where possible meet with the spouse/partner to spell out what is involved.
